On-again, off-again couple Rihanna and Chris Brown were spotted together on Christmas day snuggling and cozying up at the Staples Center in Los Angeles to catch a glimpse of the Lakers game.

I, for one, couldn’t care less if they end up together or not. What I am most attracted to is the music they put out and, of course, what they wear.
Over the years, both artists have been considered fashionably conscious and are constantly hounded when spotted at events or just walking around town.

To my surprise, when researching Riri’s outfit, most writers chose to leave out her accompanying jacket completely.
While her other pieces were fabulously glam, her black quilted blouson-style bomber jacket definitely played a vital role in contributing to her overall ensemble.
Her well-covered Christian Lacroix choker, cropped black top, fitted black trousers, and Manolo Blahnik sandals acted as chic “girly” items, while her sport-luxe-inspired blouson jacket added a masculine edge to the outfit.

Just as important as the jacket itself was the manner in which she chose to wear it. To cover it all, the jacket sat covering her shoulders, similar to how a superhero would wear a cape.
It reaffirms her place as a princess in today’s media eye and suggests that she is well taken care of. As difficult as it may be for some to admit, Rihanna is, in fact, a “bo$$.”
