If wearing such a fabulous cape can be considered an offense, here’s another repeat offender — Kristen Bell.

Kristen, the voice behind Gossip Girl, wore her precious white cape for the first time two weeks ago while heading out for a lunch date in London.

A few days after, she was spotted wearing it at the Burlesque photo call in Paris.

Rarely will you see a star wear something off the carpet and then on it. But I can’t take it against Kristen for wanting to wear that cape again because it is oh-so-gorgeous! It is such an utterly precious, luxurious, and chic-looking cape.

It took quite a bit of time before anyone could ID it (since the initial sighting). So, for those who have been dying to know, Kristen’s coat is from designer Vanessa Bruno. It retails for a heavy $1,125.
