Always looking for attention, Madonna hit the red carpet at the 2014 Grammy Awards with her eight-year-old son, David Banda, on Sunday.
David, who was adopted in 2006 by the American singer-songwriter, actress, author, director, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, and her former husband, Guy Ritchie, picked out the red carpet outfits for himself and his mom.

The 55-year-old singer, whose birth name is Madonna Louise Ciccone, wore a double-breasted, wide-leg black tuxedo from the Ralph Lauren Spring 2014 collection.

Not surprisingly, Madonna put her own spin on the outfit with a cross pendant on her black tie, sparkling fingerless gloves, and a black cane.

Asked by Ryan Seacrest about her teeth grills, Madonna responded that ” Yeah, I’m grillin’. It pisses everybody off when I wear my grill, so that’s why I wear it. I wear it when I don’t have to eat. Actually, I’ve learned to eat with my grill in.”
