The paparazzi were, of course, waiting for them outside their hotel. Still, even if they weren’t paying attention, there was no way they would miss Fergie coming out of the hotel with her long, traffic-stopping, eye-searing, and sun-glaring collarless jacket — in neon green.
Just look at Fergie in the last frame — she’s literally glowing! Even under the shade of a tree, the color on Fergie’s jacket isn’t toned down at all.

Oddly enough, we would say “yes” if our lives depended on it (safety jackets are neon and reflective!), but for fashion, we might be better off just using day-glow colors for small items, such as shoes on our feet.
